Last month, Major League Baseball said that they’re relaxing the dress code for ‘Players Weekend’ on Friday, August 25th through Sunday the 27th, and players will be allowed to wear nicknames on the back of their jerseys.

The nicknames were revealed yesterday, and here are what the Orioles have chosen:

Brad Brach – “B-Rad”

Zach Britton – “Brit”

Kevin Gausman – “Gausy”

Ubaldo Jimenez – “Big U”

Darren O’Day – “Odachowski”

Chris Tillman – “Tilly”

Welington Castillo – “Beef” (Our favorite. Get it? Beef Wellington? Ha.)

Caleb Joseph – “Cabob”

Chris Davis – “Crush”

Manny Machado – “Mr. Miami”

Jonathan Schoop – “Mamba”

Adam Jones – “Pappo”

Ryan Flaherty – “Flash”

A couple of guys opted to have their first names on their backs:

Trey Mancini – “Trey”

Joey Rickard – “Joey”

J. J. Hardy – “J.J.”

And the following players opted to just wear their last name, and not a nickname (or maybe they didn’t get their paperwork in on time?)

Richard Bleier

Dylan Bundy

Miguel Castro

Wade Miley

Ruben Tejada

Seth Smith

Mark Trumbo
