You already know exercise is good for you… but so is a good night’s sleep. Sleep obviously takes less effort than exercise, but for some of us, sleep’s tougher to come by than 30 minutes at the gym.

So, the David Lloyd Club in the UK is introducing napercise.

According to the club’s research, 86% admit to suffering from fatigue. Meanwhile, over a quarter (26%) regularly getting less than five hours of sleep a night. Son instead of a room of treadmills and yogamats… you get a room full of twin beds. The class is just 45 minutes of uninterrupted sleep.

For now, the class is just an experiment, but it’s hard not to imagine this being a success for exhausted parents ready to nap.
