Shawn Mendes played to a sold out crowd of almost 5,000 people on Friday night, August 12 at Pier Six Pavilion in Baltimore, Md.

Without too many flashy lights, other than an interactive LED-screen behind him, at most times it was just Mendes on stage, belting and growling into the microphone.

After signing his hit song, “Something Big,” he told the crowd that he wrote the song in Baltimore, standing right where some of the fans on the lawn were standing just a few years ago when he was last in Charm City.

His set contained a few new songs like “Ruin,” and “Treat You Better, a few older songs like “Kid In Love,” and ‘Stitches,” and more than a few songs had sing-along sections for the fans.
